Terpenes & Destilates

     Terpenes are products made by distillation and evaporation of essential oils. They can be defined also as a by-product in the process of folding ess.oils. There is a great number of aplications for this product, such as industrial solvents, flavours, diluters,aromatic components, and they are also used for synthesis of other valuable chemical products.

     Packaging: these products are packed in standard steel drums of 200litres (55Gallons). Internally covered with a protective epoxi paint. Other containers can also be used, if this is required by the customer. They can be stored at ambient temperature; should only be kept in full containers, tightly closed, not near high temperatures or sunlight.

     The great difference between terpenes, which is a traditional product in the market, and d´limonene, is that the terpenes is a more pure source of terpenic compounds.
    

Folded Oils

     The folded or concentrated oils, are products made by distillation and concentration of Essential Oils, separating from the oil compounds such as d´limonene. Our products are presented in Five-fold concentrate and Ten-fold concentrate.

     Packaging: these products are packed in standard steel drums of 200litres (55Gallons).Internally covered with a protective epoxi paint. Other containers can also be used, if this is required by the customer.

Water Phase
They are natural products made by recuperation of aromas of the fruit, during the evaporation process, whilst concentating the juice. The aroma is separated from the evaporated steam and is recuperated in a special device. It´s this way transformed into a water-soluble fragment, with all the natural properties and typical flavours of the fruit.

Oil Phase
These are also natural products made by recuperation of aromas from the water used in the Essential Oil recovery process. The water is distilled and as a recuperated by-product we have the oil phase, which is a natural oil with all the natural characteristics and typical flavours of citrus.
